Your product is wonderful. Although Windows XP's Remote Assistance works great once I'm connected to a user, I was fed up with the time I spent initiating and generating the connection. Once we tried Radmin, I was anxious to convince my supervisor to approve the purchase of licensing for every computer on our network.
Now that we finally have Radmin, I no longer dread having to connect to a remote user to offer support.

Please note that only Radmin Server 3 requires activation after the 30-day trial period. Radmin Viewer 3 is free of charge and doesn't require activation. If you do not activate the server software, you will be prevented from using it after 30 days. To perform activation you need to go through the activation process. After purchasing a license you will get your personal serial number. Use it to activate Radmin Server 3.
License key for Radmin 3 is valid for any Radmin 3.x versions.
You can activate Radmin Server 3 either at the computer where it is installed or remotely from Radmin Viewer. This lets you activate Radmin Server 3 across your local network from one location. Product activation is performed using the Internet.
If the computer where you installed Radmin Server or Radmin Viewer has Internet access, you can use automatic activation. If you intend to use Radmin Server and Radmin Viewer in a closed network, you need to follow the steps for manual activation.
